SUM VISUM / DIVISION 09
SEDO
Intelligent digital assistance across the ecosystem.
SEDO is SUM VISUM’s ninth division. Its mission is to make information accessible, guide interactions and progressively connect journeys across areas of expertise around users’ needs.
Explore with SEDO
01 / Available today
Find SUM VISUM information
The website interface searches local English and French pages, retrieves services and product information, and opens the relevant sources. It can direct visitors toward a project enquiry; sending that enquiry remains the user’s action.
02 / In development
Interactions connected to real needs
Guided assistance and source organization support today’s website experience. Conversational AI is available with consent through Groq, using website sources. Connections between division systems and actions on external accounts remain in development.
03 / Long-term direction
Continuity across areas of expertise
SEDO could eventually support information and service journeys connected with SUMTECH, SUMMEDIC, SUMAGRI, SUM MEDIA and SUMEDU. Account access or operational tool connections would require permissions, technical validation and human review.
Begin with a practical question
- Which service fits my website?
- Find SUMTECH services and compare the five design directions.
- What is SUMAGRI’s current status?
- Open the product brief and distinguish development work from the division’s services.
- Where should I bring an assignment?
- Identify relevant expertise and prepare a message for the team.
Assistance that retains human judgment
SEDO uses public website sources and does not access external accounts, execute decisions or provide a medical diagnosis, legal opinion or commercial commitment. In local-guide mode, questions remain in the page session. In AI mode, with your consent, your question, up to four recent messages and public website excerpts are sent to Groq to generate a reply. Consult the Privacy Policy and do not enter sensitive information.
SEDO owns the assistance experience. SUMMENSA addresses AI system design, integration and evaluation. They are distinct, complementary divisions.
