SUM VISUM has an invoicing process for B2B engagements. The proposal, review stages, payment arrangements and delivery terms are specified in the project’s commercial documentation.
Contractual responsibility
When SUM VISUM Inc. is a party to an agreement, the company is responsible for the obligations it accepts in that agreement. Divisions are fields of expertise within the company, not a claim of separate legal entities or independent teams. Scope, the designated contact, milestones and acceptance arrangements are confirmed in project documentation. Any external contribution and its responsibilities must be specified in the applicable arrangement.
