What this notice covers

This notice covers the SUM VISUM corporate website. Future application accounts, patient services or other products require their own notices before access opens.

Preparing an enquiry

You can review your enquiry before submission. When you choose Send to SUM VISUM, your name, email, message, division and enquiry type, together with any optional details you provide, are transmitted to the server and then to contact@sumvisum.com to handle your enquiry. Copying, EML download and your own email application remain available as alternative ways to send.

Direct correspondence

Messages sent to contact@sumvisum.com are handled by the email provider and authorized personnel to respond to your enquiry and manage the business relationship. Contact this address with questions about retention, access to or deletion of your correspondence.

SEDO and page-session data

In local-guide mode: SEDO searches an index included in the website. Questions and results remain in the page session. No live model or external account receives them. This site has no advertising tracker, visitor-analytics integration or marketing-cookie system. Operational enquiry counts are described below. Language selection is encoded in the page address.

Hosting, providers and security

The website and email service use Hostinger. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. Form submission uses HTTPS followed by encrypted SMTP with certificate verification. Messages are accessible to personnel authorized to handle enquiries. Your provider is involved if you choose your own email application. Do not send passwords or sensitive records through this channel.

Your choices

You can leave the form unused, clear the SEDO session or contact SUM VISUM about correspondence already sent. Privacy requests can be directed to contact@sumvisum.com; applicable rights depend on the location and circumstances.

Information this channel should not receive

Use this corporate site for general and professional information. Do not send medical records, emergency requests, identity documents or confidential case files through the enquiry flow. It is not a patient portal or a registration service for children.

Changes to the experience

This notice must be revised when collection, analytics, accounts or connected AI functions change. It describes the current website implementation.

Retention and privacy requests

Unsent drafts and local-guide interactions remain in the page session. AI dialogue with consent involves the transmission described below. Downloaded EML files and copies are under your control. Abuse prevention retains counters, timestamps, submission references and pseudonymized identifiers, without message content; expired entries are removed on subsequent access using windows of up to 24 hours. Sent correspondence and provider logs follow their respective retention arrangements; no fixed email retention period is stated here. To ask about information held, request correction or deletion, or exercise an applicable right, write to contact@sumvisum.com with relevant context and without sensitive attachments.

Cookies and storage on your device

The website code sets no analytics or advertising cookies and uses no persistent storage for enquiries or SEDO interactions. Website fonts and scripts are served locally. The language is part of the page address. Any hosting security mechanisms belong to the provider’s infrastructure. No artificial consent banner is added to this version; any future non-essential tracking requires assessment and an updated notice before activation.

SEDO conversational AI

If you enable conversational AI and consent, your question, up to four recent messages and public website excerpts are sent to Groq to generate a reply. Do not enter sensitive information. Keys remain server-side; local abuse controls retain counters and pseudonymized identifiers only. Local safety limits, Groq free-tier limits and provider errors are distinguished; the local guide remains available. Groq’s policy governs its own processing.
